Magic is an art show of interest most people in the world, because the presentation of magic to make the audience wonder will the secret behind the presentation. Based on the number of spectators and the performances, art magic that can be divided into 2 major groups, namely:

1. Magic that can be watched at close range (Close Up Magic). Forms close magic this seems the most alive and can be done anywhere. Magician who play as if there are no boundaries or distance point of view with the audience. Magic is played here is the technique of magic by using simple tools such as handkerchiefs, paper money or coins, pencils, cigarettes, cards, books, papers, etc.

Sub Categories:
Of the major groups, the art of magic can be subdivided into several sub categories, such as:

* Sleight of hand. Games that rely on the speed of a magician's hand to remove and raises an object;

* Tricks. Game by relying on magic tools to remove, move, create, change and so forth of an object.

* Illusion. Magic illusion by using equipment to make something that seemed impossible actually happened.

Magic can be used to entertain, teach, create awe, even deceptive. The sellers of drugs on the sidewalk often uses magic to attract the attention of the audience. Some magic tricks sometimes used to raise the prestige or deceived by the false shaman or paranormal. The latter is of course not a good use of the art of magic.
